At Lakhey Nepal, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in producing high-quality embroidered and printed products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
🔁 Returns
Due to the customized nature of our products (embroidered and printed items), we do not accept returns unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered incorrectly.
You may request a return only if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is damaged during delivery
📌 Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product has a verified defect
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product was damaged in transit
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
⚠️ No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color variation due to screen display
- Custom orders approved by the customer before production
🎨 Custom Orders Policy
All custom embroidered and printed products are made as per customer specifications.
- Once the design is approved and production starts, orders cannot be canceled
- Refunds or returns are not applicable for approved custom designs unless there is a manufacturing error

- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- Brief explanation
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Lakhey Nepal for approved cases
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
