- Actual colors and final output may vary slightly due to fabric, thread, or screen display differences
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without prior notice
3. Custom Orders
- All custom orders are produced according to customer-approved designs
- Once the design is approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified
- Lakhey Nepal is not responsible for errors in designs approved by the customer
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Full or partial payment may be required before order processing
- We accept available online payment methods and Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders), or
- Order confirmation is provided by Lakhey Nepal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times provided are estimated and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays
- Lakhey Nepal is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services
- Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is shipped

- Custom products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable
- Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects, wrong items, or delivery damage
